At ECS we structure our maintenance care in the following ways:
We strongly urge all our customers to enroll into an annual maintenance agreement. This contract enables you access to the 24 / 7 emergency response team and a minimum of one preventative maintenance check per year. Unlike most security companies, we do not tie you into lengthy contracts or force appointment times and dates on you. You will receive competitive and fair prices whether you are a new or existing customer. The maintenance check you will receive once a year will lengthen the lifespan of your security system while maintaining optimum operation.
An alternative to preventative maintenance is Corrective maintenance. This is the more basic but industry standard of maintenance for your alarm system. At ECS we will respond to any emergency call-out within 4 hours. All other non-emergency alarm call outs will be responded to by our engineers over the phone or by arranging a visit if required. Our engineers will look at resolving any issues in the most cost effective manner and if required, will advise you on any recommended remedial works.
