Having spent many years in managerial roles at multinational corporations, Karen has helped to shape the people, systems and processes that underpin our company’s success.

Karen is primarily responsible for human resources management and spends much of her time looking after our 40+ employees. She regularly reviews staff performance and sets plans in motion to ensure our team are achieving their full potential – and as someone who is passionate about helping others develop their professional skills, this is an aspect of her role she particularly enjoys.

Since she started with us back in 2017, Karen’s role has evolved to cover the implementation and management of many vital administrative, health and safety and accounting practices here at ECS.

A diligent planner, Karen has an exceptional eye for detail. She’s comfortable making big decisions, not least because of her extensive management training and impressive corporate background. Karen is also a champion for change in our organisation; as we enter a new chapter, she is working hard alongside the leadership team to implement new ways of doing things to support our continued growth.

To further her accounting knowledge, Karen is currently working towards level 4 of her AAT.

When she’s not in the office, you’ll usually find Karen spending time with her three boys (she’s a willing football mum). As someone with a naturally creative mind, she’s interested in interior design, and recently renovated her property from scratch. Karen also takes part in her local Park Run every Saturday morning.
