With more than 25 years industry experience, Matt has a plethora of knowledge across all areas of the business.

Since co-founding ECS Systems Ltd in 2015 with Dan Cope, Matt’s strong background in engineering and operations has set the standard and expectations for our engineering teams across the business.

Though Matt draws upon his strong background in engineering and operations, Matt has a real passion for customer service and sales. Matt is a stickler for a fast response and has worked hard over the years to develop a strong team culture amongst our employees; one that forms the foundations of our exceptional approach to customer care.

As a born problem-solver and a genuine forward-thinker, Matt loves nothing more than making life easier for our staff whilst improving our customer experience. As ECS grows, Matt’s time has progressively moved towards finding new ways to speed up our internal processes and improve efficiency.

From researching up-and-coming technologies to writing software code to integrate third part solutions, Matt is constantly refining our systems to ensure we are working efficiently, utilising the latest cutting-edge technology.

Matt genuinely enjoys being in the office and spending time with our staff, many of whom he considers his friends. When he does get some time to himself, Matt enjoys playing and watching football, swimming, and spending quality time with his wife and three young boys.
