Estate Management

Estate Management

ECS Systems has the people, the experience, and the unique setup to deliver a fast, friendly, fully comprehensive management service to estate owners and managers.

How we’ll look after you

Our estate management team follows a tried-and-tested process to ensure all our clients and their key stakeholders are well looked after from the moment they enquire with us.

We understand just how difficult it can be to manage systems at multiple properties – plus you, as the estate’s owner or manager, have a legal obligation to make sure your property’s security and fire safety solutions are fitted compliantly and performing well.

We have a vast amount of experience working closely with several prestigious London estates, multi-academy trusts, hotel chains, housing maintenance companies, and private clients – but our management services can be tailored to suit the needs of any individual or business.

  • A highly consultative service

We’ll review your needs at great length, then carry out a full onsite survey to familiarise ourselves with the variety of systems and quantity of equipment you have at each site.

We’ll effectively take over your existing systems and current set up whilst providing system condition reports and advising on the lifecycle spans of the equipment that’s already in situ. Taking this meticulous approach in the early phases will ensure we (and you) have a 360-degree view of all your sites and their systems, including an accurate asset list. We can even carry out price checks on your maintenance agreements with other suppliers.

  • A designated team across multiple sites

You need to partner with someone who can join the dots; someone who can spot trends, identify issues before they arise, and resolve problems quickly and in the most cost-efficient way.

Choose ECS, and you’ll benefit from the ongoing care and support of your dedicated team, who will develop an in-depth understanding of your portfolio. Our team will always be on hand to answer your questions, present you with our latest findings and reports, and share updates from your sites as often as you’d like.

  • Regular contact throughout our partnership

Frequent meetings are key to getting the job done – and, of course, maintaining strong, positive relationships along the way.

Our team will attend appointments on site wherever possible and will always push for progress to make sure your maintenance milestones are met. Meetings will be planned in as per your requirements, but this doesn’t mean you won’t hear from us in between appointments. Your Key Account Administrator will be in touch as often as necessary to ensure you’re aware of every aspect of our work and you have all the information you need to make smart site management decisions.

  • Overcoming your challenges together

Expect a proactive attitude from a team that excels at solving problems! Over the years, our highly experienced surveyors and engineers have encountered all sorts of obstacles, from irritating inconsistencies to mission-critical issues that might affect the safety and security of your site users.

We’re used to working in different environments and collaborating with various stakeholders – and we’ll always listen to everybody’s needs to make sure our work complements the overall vision for your sites. And, with staff covering London, Kent and all the surrounding counties every day of the week, you can rest assured that someone will be with you quickly if you do encounter any problems.

  • Ongoing monitoring and incident reporting

There’s no need to call into our head office with recent faults or alerts. We’ll review your incident logs every morning to ensure your intruder alarms, fire alarms and CCTV networks are working correctly. Our team will also flag up any activations that might need your attention.

If we believe your system is generating false alarms, we will identify and fix the problem as soon as possible – because the last thing you (and we) want is for your estate to be blacklisted by the authorities and left in a vulnerable position. We can also recommend system repairs, upgrades and other appropriate solutions.

Specialists in managing and monitoring shared offices

Companies are increasingly deciding to house their employees in shared sites – particularly in London, where rent costs are sky-high, and many staff are deciding to adopt a hybrid approach.

We support shared office providers and their customers by designing and installing state-of-the-art access control systems that make it easy to book and confirm attendance in a co-working environment, without compromising on security.

Cutting-edge technologies – such as the KS Cloud solution from SALTO, for example – enable employee access to be managed and monitored remotely with digital keys via an intuitive self-service portal. Contact us for more information on what’s possible.
